Matthew 6:9-13
Let Us Pray....
Let us pray…
Our Father who is in heaven, Hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us THIS day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we have forgiven our debtors ( letting go of both the wrong and the resentment).
And do not lead us into temptation but deliver us from evil. (For yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever: Amen.)
Now, go back to the beginning of Chapter 6 and read 1-8. For me it’s the important part.
I don’t pray out loud. I don’t pray in public. I do pray without ceasing, for me, for you, for our world. Frankly, I don’t want the devil to know what’s headed his way. I don’t want him to know my struggles, my wants, my desires. Shock and awe!! There’re more ways than one to fight a battle. I’ve got my full armor on this morning… gear up it’s going to be a wonderful day.
Love, Pam
